When prototyping RFIDs, designing and testing those prototypes prior to production can be a real challenge. Typical RFID design processes slow your time-to-market. You are forced to design and test only one prototype a t a time, and you have a choice between working with "one-man shops" or wait while your prototype runs are sent overseas, resulting in longer lag times. And costs are high for ordering small quanities. But Rfidium is different. Rfidium's patent pending design process enables our team of in-house specialists to produce up to 5 inlays to test simultaneously. This results in faster time-to-product than with traditional one-at-a-time design-produce-test processes. And, for prototyping or just-in-time production, Rfidium runs can be little as 150 units up to 2 million units - with faster turn time. In addition, unlike standard processes that limit you to >100 micron feature width, Rfidium has a unique patent pending laser process for RFID Inlays that allows <80 micron feature width. Want to get started? Just fill out this form. We also have a selection of stock inlays. |
